Belle Holder is the visionary force behind OET’s expansion into the Caribbean, spearheading the launch of the land-based EnerChanges Clinic in Barbados. With a rich background in media, communications, and cultural engagement, Belle brings a rare fusion of operational insight and storytelling finesse to the global wellness movement.

She plays a key role in integrating local partnerships, regulatory strategy, and medical tourism infrastructure, while aligning the clinic’s mission with Storylines’ onboard health programs.
